Yes, there is step-free access through the venue (to the main hall, cafe, toilets and parking area)
There is a cafe on-site which provides jacket potatoes, snacks and sandwiches for ~£3.50-4.50. The cafe will not be available on Friday but will only be available throughout the day on Saturday. If you require hot food there are multiple fast-food restaurants (such as KFC, fish & chips etc), grocery shops (such as Sainsbury's local) and other food places to eat on the highstreet in Addiscombe which is around a 5-6minute walk away. We will provide hot drinks and light refreshments throughout the sessions on Saturday only.
The event will not be live streamed on this occasion. Rather it will be recorded and made available to those who have purchased tickets.
The programme is very packed for Amanda, so the event is primarily for teaching.
Yes, there is free parking available at the venue. There are 25 parking spaces available. However, if you arrive and the car park is full; there is free parking on Tenterden Road which is very close to the carpark/entrance.
By tram - the nearst tram stop is Blackhorse Lane tram stop via Tenterden Rd (short walk to the venue)
By bus - Bus 312 from Norwood Junction runs to Cherry orchard Road to Ashburton Park (Stop WS) via East Croydon
By overground - The venue is a 21min walk from Norwood junction station via Birchanger Road. The venue is also not far from East Croydon (where you can pick up a tram, bus, tax) to the venue.

No, all tickets are standardly priced at £20 + booking fee and there is no designated seating available (this includes pricing for Friday evening and Saturday all day.
All bookings are non-refundable.
We have a register available and therefore please do not worry. Your ticket will still be valid.
